Passenger side door (inside plastic panel loose resulting in rattling) due to removal too many times 700

The most annoying thing when I slow to a stop (embarassing too) is that the plastic reg bergundy paneling on the inside of my driver side door rattles as a result of having to remove it years ago for whatever reason (to fix a window or lock) so that it is not a secure fit any more. The small plastic pointy things that make it(panel) cling to the metal door frame through small holes, seem a little spent. Can i buy these on line? IS there a work around to this? I am ready to take a nail gun to this door, or some lag bolts through the outside to the inside. I am only kidding really but what do I have to do ...super glue it? Take it off? Melt it on? Wear earphones? HEEEEEEELP!
