O2 sensor 700 1990

I guess your car is a -89

The new pipe is a "sparepartversion"

That 15mm whole you'r discribing is not for the O2-sensor, you have to just plug it.

The O2-sensor is moved to the catalysator. You have to remove the catalysator,
drill a whole of about 26mm in the left front of the catalysator, and weld on a "nutpiece" for the O2-sensor. The Volvosparepartnumber is 3531545. You have to be careful so you not damage the catalysator, it's expensive. I suggest you talk to an auktoriced Volvoverkshop. They may be have papers showing exactly
where you should drill.

Good luck.
