Help, Engine stalls in drive upon acceleration 700

Help me! I have a 780 turbo and all of a sudden went out to start car after work - it started fine. Put car in drive a pressed on accelertator. Engine stalled. Car restarted fine. Left it in Park and rev'd engine it seem to have good response. Also noticed car to be idling a little high. Put car in drive and could get it going only by milking accerlerater for about a block. Just replaced fuel filter about a month ago. Also check engine light come on on first start. Reset it by removing fuse for a few seconds. On the second start it came on again about the time the idle jumped up about 200-500 RPM's more than normal. Anyone have any IDEAS!!! PLEASE
