Shaky Front Windows 700 1986

I've noticed that my front windows vibrate excessively when they are partly rolled down (Any distance, the only time they don't vibrate is when they are all of the way up) at speeds over 40 MPH.
Has anyone else noticed this in their bricks? Is there a cure? It looks as if the window is going to shatter, any help would be appreciated.
