A/C Fault codes 700

Hello Velan .
Thanks for your reply. The ambient Temp gauge on my car has 2 black wires and as you say they go staight to the plug on the control box. I can't see any thing wrong with these wires, and the code still flashes with the plug disconnected from the sensor. I have removed the control box and had a look inside, and decided that I would not tamper with that box of tricks.Maybe the same code flashes if the Temp Sensor fails, regardless of reason.I will try to get it checked out. the heater and air con still seem to be functioning.
