Swapping 94 B230ft into 89 745ti 700 1989

So I finally recieve my motor, pull the old one and I'm sitting here with the 2 engines side by side and the wiring harnesses are totally different, injectors are different, IAC is different, ECT sensor is different "etc."

I'm wondering if anyone here has done anything like this, swapping a 94 B230FT into a place where an 89 B230FT once rested, and what the pitfalls are with doing such.

I know the 89 and assorted fuel delivery hardware (injectors, sensors etc) don't jive with the LH 2.4 hardware, but what other stuff do I need to swap / replace? Like the distributor on the 94 is a brand new Volvo unit, but it looks different than the distributor on the 89 etc.

Anyone have some insight?

Ryan
