Fuse Box and Gas Pressure 140-160 1974

In my 1974 164e, I'm missing the cover and listing for the fuse locations, eg what #s 1-12 fuses correspond to in the driver's side fuse box. Can someone provide me with the amps and purpose of each fuse?

Also, when I put gas into the gas tank, the gas nozzle shuts off every few seconds when I'm trying to pump gas and the gas tank is certainly not full and I'm at different gas stations. What's going on and how can I fix that?
