Idle setting?? 700 1986

There is an unconnected 2 wire plug, passenger side (RH) behind strut tower. The red and white wire is grounded to disable idle air motor. Set base idle by turning the knurled black plastic knob on throttle body, set to 700 rpm. When idle air motor is enabled idle should then rise to 750 (900 with AC on). Make sure throttle position switch transfer or "clicks" when throttle comes home.
