HELP!! My car die, rich mixture 200 1983

Hi all, I wrote this at 4 pm.....
I have a problem in my 240 Turbo 83, before that I inspect the air filter my car starts with no problem, but after that, my car stops when Idle, and is hard to start (3 o 4 long tries start again), I inspect for air problems but It seems good, and I see some black smoke (rich mixture?), does any body have any idea to fix this?

now at 8 pm my car dies, poor performance, black smoke (like diesel), Its a rich mixture....now, I remember when I inspect the air filter, y clean the air intake housing and sensor plate, and I push down the plate, could I Uncenter the plate, or this does not have relationship with the mixture?
