Like George I would have serious reservations. Certainly here in the UK if structural repairs on a car aren't welded you should not get it through an annual roadworthiness test.

The chassis in a Lotus Elise is glued, but it is a major technical tour de force, not at all the sort of thing you could replicate in a car restoration. These guys may well know what they're doing with glue, me personally, I would't bet my life on it by driving the car.
