How long should exhaust manifold work be guaranteed for...blown exhaust gasket in under 400 miles 700

How long should a dealer guarantee their work? I had my exhaust manifold gasket replaced by the dealer and it blew again. Should they be able to charge me again for the labor I had done only 30 days ago? I am going to have to take the car back in..only driven it 400 miles since I had it fixed. What should I say? What if the manifold needed to be resurfaced but they overlooked it?
