Yet another A/C ? Why does it not get cold with 134A conversion? 700

Okay so I installed the R-134a conversion kit added the 3 cans of 134a and the oil charge plus an "right side up" charge of 134a.

Guess what? It still blows hot!

I know the compressor is going and the a/c fan kicks on, but the output is the same semi-heated air that I get when I just turn on the vent.

Any suggestion?
