Yet another A/C ? Why does it not get cold with 134A conversion? 700

The system produces hot air with everything off.

According to the repair place (I took it in to get a diagnostic on several things) they said the compressor was fine, but it had a small leak.

If I want to test the pressure, how do I go about this?
