Grtting ready to look for a 93' 240, is this a good year? 200

Boardmembers,
I am beginning a search for a nice clean 93'240. Is this a good year, or were there more problems with the last couple years that they made the 240's? I have read some negative stuff somewhere on the web, about the 93's. Something about problems with air mass meters and some other issues, and then you have ABS brakes and airbags to deal with. I see no need for abs, as I have NEVER locked up the brakes on a 240 in 20 years of driving them. And then you have the condensor fan and relays etc. Anyway, should I stick with a pre 90's 240 or look for a 90 plus 240?
