How To Remove Black Plastic At Bottom Of Doors 200

I've got a nickle sized piece of rust with a small portion under the plastic that spans the width of the drivers' door. How do I remove that plastic cover? The forward inside and aft inside are not under the carpet and I can clearly bend them outward a small degree. I don't see any screws. Please don't tell me it's glue!

Thanks In Advance Guys!

P.S.
Could someone give me the keystrokes to do an advanced search on say "plastic runner" where the search would look thru ALL MONTHS of LAST 4 YEARS in the database?
