rf supressor relay - best place to purchase one 700 1989

My rf supressor relay (i think thatis what it is called} is defective. I got stuck sat for 20 mins trying to start, Switched them (I have 2 just behind the radiator bottle), and the car started. i want to replace the defective one.

it is black and is bosch and has the following markings: 899931 1323592-1 (this appears to be volvo part nunber)12V/40a i assume that is telling me 12 volt & 40 amps. what is the Bosch part number? and where can I get replacement?
