Please advise an elderly lady selling a '75 164E 140-160

Hello, I'm doing a favor for an elderly neighbor. Her husband recently passed away and she is looking to sell a 1975 164E. I haven't seen it (long story). She is located in West Bend Wisconsin, which is about 45 minutes northwest of Milwaukee.

I was hoping someone here could advise on what she should do to sell it. It seems to me that putting an ad in the local paper won't be very helpful as I assume the market for this sort of car is very thin. On the other hand, her Internet access is limited so ... Any help would be much appreciated.

Here are some other bits she said about the car.
1975 Volvo 164E
automatic
96,000 miles
Taupe, with black leather interior
No rust, fairly new tires
Collector plates

It was in good working order before being stored over a year ago. However, it currently is not running. Her husband loved restoring old cars to mint condition and the car apparently looks quite good (although, as I said, I haven't seen it myself).

She would prefer selling it just as is. But, if you think it would be of great benefit to her to have someone get it operational, please let me know.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
