I don't like civics..... 200

Today, about 30 min ago, so around 3:00pm central time, a 90 civic broke down in front of my house. I hate those damn things. The lady had just come back from putting 600 into the car to pass emissions, and now the car dies. I think the car just plain sucks!!! Any ideas how to get the thing started, and away from my house? The car just cranks, and doesn't want to start, then it fires once or twice, and sounds like it is gulping for air after coming up from 1 mile below water. I think it has a fuel delivery problem, or maybe fuel relay, but I only know volvos. So if anybody has some tips, PLEASE LET ME GET THIS THING AWAY FROM MY HOUSE!!!!!
