Change Turbo Oil Return O-Ring w/o loosening manifold?? 700 1987

I appear to have a leak from the oil return pipe from the turbo. Its leaking where the pipe enters the block. Is is possible to change this o-ring without dropping loosening the manifold?? I have been trying for a while to get the pipe out and am not having much luck.
