back window of a 93 wagon 200

I have a 93 Volvo 240 wagon and the back window on the back door broke..what model years have compatible windows? i was also thinking of maybe replacing the whole door if i could find one cheap enough...what model years are compatible with mine for the whole door? thanks all!!
