Bent out of shape bushing afterthought 200 1986

yup, when i made the tool and did the job a few months ago, I discovered that the receiver won't work unless you remove the threads, which i did really easily with a metal lathe....could be harder without a lathe, but i'll bet if you vise it in good and grind out about 1/2 the threads(to still allow the cap to fit) you'll be fine. The new bushing will have to go into that, at least that's the only way i figured it out. best of luck
