Shutter when car takes off under heavier load 900 1993

Hi,

I have a 1993 940 with a automatic transmission. It has about 119k miles.

I took a road trip and for the first time had a full load in my car. I had five people total and some luggage in the trunk. The passengers were fairly light people and the luggage was fairly light as well.

Whenever I took off from a stop, (stepped on the gas) the car shuttered for a moment until it got moving, then the shutter stopped. It only seemed to happen when I would take off from a start. The shutter may have been felt througout the car, but I think it came from the front end. I've never experienced this problem with this car before, but I don't think I've ever had 5 people at one time in it with some luggage.

What could it be?

Thank you!

Michael
