Cost of Ownership 200 1982

I have an ,82 DL which I have owned for 14 months. (currently 146k) I have been keeping a running log of every bit of mainenance, (w/ costs), I do to the thing. My wife thinks that I am spending too much money on the car but I keep telling her that the monthly upkeep is considerably less than a new car payment. My average works out to about $150 per month. This includes, among a slew of little things, some big ticket items like tires, new exhaust, A/C conversion, radiator, IAC motor, suspension bushings, windshield.

What type of monthly costs are other shelling out to maintain early 200s.
