My 240 turbo works again, but........ 200 1983

Hi again,
The last weekend I post a problem that my 240 turbo runs rich after I inspect the air filter, I fix it, check for leaks, corrosion in the distribuitor, etc....
but now I have poor mileage, some black smoke (not always), When I run my car and I stop the motor halts, sometimes the RPM goes to 100 (when IDLE), I dont know what happen now, Any idea?
