REPLACING FUEL INJECTOR O RINGS

PopD:
No special tools needed...I recently did this on my son's 83 245 with 240Kmiles.
Take out the injector, use a needle nose pliers to remove the cap (without bending the protruding needle). remove both O-rings by using a little PBlaster as lubricant. Then slide on the 2 new O-rings and snap on the protective plastic cap (again watching out to not bend the protruding needle). Use some white grease or Petroleum jelly to lube the O-rings and insert the injectors back in. connect them up and enjoy your smooth ride!!!!
Buena suerte,
el Raidman
