Trick to #*$% Relay Removal? 900 1993

I am trying to remove the fuel pump/FI relay. I cannot figure out how to get a relay off the board. For the relays in front, I can see the tiny black clips front/back of the fuse (and even can't make THESE work as a test...no matter, because I can't see or feel these little clips at the base of the Fuel Pump relay!)

I have yanked enough on the darn thing I may have caused more damage to the circuits than I was looking for to begin with. Nothing in the FAQ talks about actually removing the relays...

Any tips appreciated.
