Check your ground under the hood, i had an odd problem once where when i turned the lights on the windshield wipes would come on all 3 ( this was my wagon ) finally after getting really pissed of i took a steam cleaner to the engine one day and started to clean everything when i got to the ground found a few pretty shot fixed em up and the problem was gone.
