starting/running/power problem *solved* - starting/running problem fixed - thanks to the help of philip bradley 700

Well, as it turns out, my cat isn't plugged.

The hard starts/rough running were caused by a combination of a faulty FPR -AND- FPR vac line. It also was contributing some to the power problem.

As for the power problem, boost is 3-3.5PSI too low. We verified this by temporarilly hooking up an aftermarket boost gauge. I'm going to have that fixed before the next New England Dragway meet-up (8/23 for those of you who don't know). *Ricers watch out, this time I'll be back for revenge!* Since I replaced the FPR, the car pulls all the way to 5000 now like it should.

Philip and I met up at his mechanic's place, he helped me out with everything..thanks again philip, hope to see you on the 23rd!
