Water pump drip, drip 900 1993

Hello
The water pump on my 1993 945 Turbo is dripping about once every 15 seconds. Does this signal impending doom or do I have time to order a new pump and have it shipped? I commute approx. 60 miles a day for work. The car has 171k on her and was well maintained before I bought her 2+ years ago. Is it ok to drive like this until I get the new one?
How expensive are the pumps and where should I order from? There is also a somewhat loud bearing noise comming from the water pump pulley. Atleast it sounds like it's coming from there. It's a gonner, right? Thanks, as always for your help!!!!!

Chris
