Stoopid 960 engine question!!!!!!!! 900 1995

I am only responding to the comment that Shatz has one of the few reliable 960's. Well I guess I have another reliable 965. Bought at 34k now at 160k and running great. True I have have had to replace the gear position sensor and recently the radiator. But with good care I am confident that this car will last years.

However, beware of your upcoming purchase. If the engine has ever been overheated then don't buy it. Definately do a compression test.

Track down Tom Irwin on this board for more advice - he had a nightmare experience with a 960.
