Strange...740 has stalled twice in two weeks after right-hand turns.... 700 1990

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas? My car stalled 2 weeks ago, after a right-hand turn from a stop. I pulled into a parking lot and the car would crank but not start. I called my wife to bring the tow straps. Before she got there I pulled the fuel line at the FPR with the car off. Gas was not under pressure but when I cranked the car gas sprayed out. Once she got there the car started up and ran fine, until yesterday. Making a RH turn from a stop the car stalled again. I noticed the check engine light was on when I looked down but I assume it's just going to say No Tach signal because the car was off. Haven't checked codes yet. Pushed the car off the road and it started after 5 minutes. My first guess is something fuel-related because of the turns but the car dies instantly like it's electrical. Usually a car slowly dies if it's fuel-related (2-4 seconds). This car dies right now.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Lou.
