Intermittent starting - connection on Fuse Panel? 200 1989

I recently aquired a 240 DL 1989. The car has 192K kilometers, in decent condition, east Canada car.

About one of every 10 startups, it fails to start. There is no firing at all, as if no gas or no current to the plugs. I seem to have located (but not 100% sure) the problem...

It has been 6 weeks now, and after many cases, the car starts up when I push on the fuse panel and/or wires to the fuse panel (located at the bottom in front of the driver's door). This could indicate that I have an intermittent contact over there somewhere. Does this make sense? Is it common to have contact issues with the fuse panel? I remember reading about humidity and cold solder there...

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Any other ideas on what could be causing my problem, before I take apart the fuse panel and wiring?
