Removing door panel trim 240 200 1989

Hi, I am blowing the #10 fuse in my 89' 240. I have traced it to the rear drivers window, which has been given me trouble for some time. I need to get at the area to take a look. Can anyone give me some easy instructions on how to get the door panel trim off so I can access the power window innards? The issue is that the window is very slow to rise, which I think is putting strain on the system causing fuses to blow. Also, if anyone can tell me things to look for once I am in there I would also appreciate that.

thanks,
