Oil From filler cap 700 1989

Can anyone help. I have replaced everypart in the crankcase ventilation system including renewing the filler cap rubber seal, flame trap, oil seperator all hoses and even checked the nipple where the small thin hose connects. All are clear now! When you unloosen the filler cap it passes the jiggle test and the cap remains sucked into place by a vacuum. But oil is still being blown from the oil filler cap. Any idea's????????
