Wheel bearings easy to do on 85 744T? 700

Just looking for some quick info re; changing front wheel bearings on my '85 744T.

Local parts guy (UAP/NAPA, not Volvo dealer) quoted me an inner bearing ($8 Cdn), outer bearing ($8 Cdn) and seal ($14 Cdn).

Prices sound great, just want to make sure these are correct parts required. Someone told me I had to replace the whole hub assembly instead of just bearings. My car has separate hub and rotor setup.

Thanks in advance,

Andre
