looking for source of black body tape for tailgate rust repair 200

I have a 1990 240DL wagon with rust on the lower edge of my tailgate. The rust seems to be coming from the inside of the sheet metal and it looks be quite involved to do the job right.

But since the car is getting on in years, I would like to do a so so job on the rust. First I will clean and neutralize the rusted areas as best I can. Then after I brush on some rustoleum, I would like to tape over the whole bottom edge with the same black body tape used on my 240 doors to neaten things up.

My problem is where to find this tape at a reasonable price. Volvo will sell a tape kit by for about $160 "per side". What a deal!

Any ideas where I could come up with some high quality body tape for a better price? I need only about 4 feet. Please advise.

Also, if anyone has advice on other ways to clean up my rust problem, I'm all ears. Thanks.
