Fcp groton parts/chris Herbst where are you?

hello all. Three questions, 1] are the 'Continental' brand belts any good. They are very reasonable fron Fcp. 2] Has anyone used the Fcp part heater hoses. their price is about $8.00 ea. volvo wants $27.00 ea! and 3]This is for Chris but do join in, How did you change the heater hoses in 12 minutes! did you remove the intake manifold? The least amount of time spent on this job the better. Thanks in advance,Nelson.
