Turbo overheating... Replacing Radiator? 200 1981

Mike,

I purchased a Modine radiator w/lifetime warranty from NAPA for ~$140. The radiator was an exact replacement for my 1988 760 Turbo (however, the radiator is that same as the one in your 240 Turbo) and has metal tanks. This model, with lifetime warranty, is an excellent price and is a good choice for a replacement. I would also recommend thoroughly cleaning the A/C condensor and intercooler while the radiator is removed. They get dirty and packed with bugs and things. Cleaning these will make a big difference also. I hope this helps...
