New engine harness, now no start 200 1987

thanks to all for the help over the last week with my endless "how to" and "what else to replace" questions.

here's the latest snag:
everything's back together. coolant's been refilled, hoses reattached, etc. when i try to start the car, (the "i" should actually be replaced by "my dad," i haven't actually tried to start it myself yet) NOTHING happens. i'm guessing it has something to do with the starter. yes, i checked the battery connection. how is the starter connected to the wire harness? (just to make sure i did it right) any other ideas of things i should check? oh, the car ran fine before this fix.

thanks
