scraper molding , door panel and body trim! 200 1983

Hi All,

within the next few days I will be trying my luck at a pick-n-pull for the following items:
a) interior driver side door panel
b) exterior scraper moldings for all 4 doors
c) chrome body trim pieces (the kind that runs horizontally from the very front to the back of the car across the door panels)

here are the questions though:

1. any special tools needed for the door panel removal? i know IPD sells some special tool, but do i really need it? (i'm in portland so i can run over to IPD if needed)

2. how do you remove and re-install scraper moldings? if anyone has a detailed procedure for this, i'd appreciate it.

3. how do you remove and re-install the chrome body pieces? they look like they just snap on and off, but i don't want to damage the pieces or the body underneath by improper removal and reinstall.....

thanks for any input on this.

susan.
