Third seat belt blocked - what can I do? :( S90-V90

Hi :(
since today, in my "97 volvo V90, I have blocked third seat belt in back seats (this in the meadle). Worse is, that I wanted to unlock it, and I've closed back seat (like in case of expansion of luggage area). Od course it does not solved this problem. Now I have car for 3 persons...

What can I do ?
How to unlock this belt ???
