Holy rear quarters! 200 1982

I would use a fiberglass mesh patch, which can be found in the bodywork area at car parts places. It is easy to shape and cures to a very solid surface. The fiberglass also comes in pre-mixed formula, which you brush on the fiberglass mesh cloth, then apply to the body perforation. For a nice finish, add a thin layer of putty (Bondo is a tradename), let dry, sand and primer/paint.
