Check Engine Light on 240

It sounds like your O2 sensor is on its way out. You really don't notice any immediate loss in engine performance. The same thing happened on my 240DL and my bimmer. Replace it and the problem should go away. Don't know why it would come on when your A/C is on...maybe related to load on the engine???
