volvo no start why? done everything possible 200 1980

would anyone know what the answer could be. I have 1980 240 that had the fuel pump change and all the switches and box that is underneath the driver side. I had taken the car to be worked at the local volvo mechanic shop. everything worked fine for the first 6 months. The tank was full. It wouldn't start today, although I had the car parked on an incline. The front of the car was facing downward. But I had left right there for 3 minutes. Before that i had already had the car warming up. does anybody have guess?
