Bad Harmonic Balancer? She 's shaking.

Hey Everyone.
Just recently my car began shaking while sitting idle in park.
Also does it up to 2000 RPM while driving. The vibrating is becoming more and more pronounced. This morning I just went to get a cup of Kahfee (coffee for you non NYers) and the damn thing was shaking like crazy, had to hold on to my coffee w/ both hands.
Now she has 180k miles and I'm all most 100% it hasn't been changed.
Just recently changed the motor mounts. And went and checked to make sure nothing was loose on the engine. Looked at the rubber on the harmonic balancer and it seems fine.
Have checked the forum and FAQ's and no one has shown this problem. (at least that I could find).
Any suggestions are gratefully appreciated.
