antifreeze in exaust 700 1987

The coolant you see in the exhaust may be left over from the blown head gasket. I have had some cars take 15 or 20 minutes of driving to burn off all of the moisture in the exhaust system after a blown head gasket. You might be able to bypass the coolant lines to the turbo and see if the problem goes away. Sorry I can't answer your question about the turbo seals or o-rings.
