Starla Cat Converter Plug--Lost! Any suggestions? 200 1987

I have an 87 245. I recently replced my old rattly catalytic converter with a new Starla cat from FCPGroton. It went on well, without problems. The cat has two ports on it, presumably for oxygen sensors or something like that. Both of the ports were plugged with large screw-type plugs (I think).

Today, while driving, the sound of my exhaust suddenly became very loud. I stopped and looked under the car, at the cat, where the noise was coming from. The plug on the driver side had popped out! Now, hot gases and lots of nasty noise are coming from that hole.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any basic suggestions on how to replace this or where to find a replacement? I will likely measure the hole and try to find a suitable fastener, but barring that I will have to take it to a muffler shop and have them stick something on it. I would like to avoid going to a shop to fix this. Any ideas are welcome.
