need to replace rear crossmember under tailgate - 245 200

I am intending to replace/reweld in the two rear crossmembers under my tailgate on my '86 245... probably the sidewells as well.

I have a Tech Bulletin that shows the body panels Volvo sells to fit in where these typically rusted (as did mine).

can anyone tell me if I have any other options for these more obscure panels than the dealerships?

I've tried a few "body panels" websites to no avail...

any assistance before I go drop the coin at the dealer and wait for them to order it in?

p.s. - how do you cut body parts out at a junk yard? bring in your own portable power and a grinder? hacksaw for an hour? chisel and hammer?

TIA
