Mounting hardware for 240 radio 200 1992

I want to mount a DIN cd player in my 1992 240 - rdio in upper dash. I have the CD unit (its standard DIN unit). I find that the unit does not quite fit throught the hole in the standard (black) plastic mounting plate. Can someone recommend a source for a replacement plastic mounting plate that will fit the dash as well as be the correct size for the cd player. Also a harness that will allow connection to the cd playerr and bypass of the factory installed amp.

I know Crutchfiled sells has these items but they won't sell them without a radio purchase.
