Car Stops Dead Intermitently??? 200 1991

I have a 91 240 wagon that twice this week stopped dead (all the lights came on in the cluster). Both times occurred at low speed (less than 10MPH). The car is hard to restart but does get going. The car is fresh from a full tune up a couple of months ago and has a full tank of gas (I only use 93 oct). If anyone knows the best place to troubleshoot, I would love to get some advice. The fuel pump relay is the only thing that comes to mind or the injectors need cleaning??? Thanks in advance to any feedback.
